Role Overview
Provide high-quality Latin American Spanish voice recordings for a client''s internal customer experience AI agent. You will deliver consistent, neutral, and expressive performances across a variety of scripts to help train and evaluate next-generation text-to-speech models. Note that recordings may be used to produce a cloned synthetic voice for that specific CX agent.
Key Responsibilities- Record clear, natural, and expressive voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material.
- Control tone, pacing, and pronunciation to meet direction and style requirements.
- Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
- Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment setup, microphone configuration, and file formatting.
- Provide multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.
- Native Latin American Spanish speaker, currently based in Latin America, able to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent.
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
- Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery.
- Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week over the project duration.
- Experience recording for text-to-speech projects, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
- Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, or calm.
- Remote work, recordings completed from your location in Latin America.
- Hourly engagement, with typical weekly commitment of 5-10 hours.
- You will be required to follow provided recording guidelines and deliver files in the required formats.
- Pay rate: 50 USD per hour.
- You must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America.
- Your recordings will be used exclusively for the client''s internal CX AI agent. They will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes.
- Your voice may be cloned for that specific CX AI agent. Only apply if you are comfortable with voice cloning for this single use case.
