Role Overview
Provide high-quality Latin American Spanish voice recordings to help train and evaluate a next-generation text-to-speech system for a client CX AI Agent. Recordings should be natural, expressive, and consistent across sessions, suitable for conversational, narrative, and instructional material. Note, your voice may be cloned for the client''s internal CX AI Agent; recordings will be used exclusively for that internal agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for any other product, dataset, or purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content.
- Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across multiple recording sessions.
- Deliver controlled tone, pacing, pronunciation, and a range of emotional variations, including multiple takes when requested.
- Follow detailed recording guidelines covering recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
- Provide variations in emphasis, emotion, and style as directed for training and evaluation needs.
- Native Latin American Spanish speaker, currently based in Latin America, able to deliver neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent.
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
- Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping delivery natural.
- Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration.
- Willingness to allow your voice to be cloned for use in the client''s CX AI Agent, understanding the recordings will be used only for that internal purpose.
- Experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
- Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
- Location: Remote, applicant must be based in Latin America.
- Employment type: hourly.
- Expected commitment: approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, across the project duration.
- Must have and use your own recording equipment and environment that meets the project guidelines.
- Pay range: 50 to 100 hourly.
- Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.
