Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Mexico)

Provide high-quality, consistent Mexican Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate next-generation text-to-speech models used for an internal customer experience AI agent. This role focuses on delivering natural, expressive, and clean audio across a variety of scripts. Candidates must be comfortable with their voice being cloned for the client s CX AI Agent; recordings will be used only for that internal use and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes.

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions
• Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
• Perform multiple takes and provide variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested

• Native Mexican Spanish speaker, currently based in Mexico
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, such as a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery
• Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recording for TTS systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools, for example Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, such as conversational, corporate, energetic, or calm

• Remote engagement
• Hourly commitment, with a typical availability requirement of 5 to 10 hours per week during the project
• Recording sessions may be scheduled across multiple dates, requiring consistency across sessions

• 50 - 100 hourly

• Must be a native Mexican Spanish speaker and currently located in Mexico
