Role Overview
Contribute native Mexican Spanish voice recordings to help train and evaluate a text-to-speech system for an internal customer experience AI agent. This opportunity suits both established voice professionals and emerging talent with a clear, expressive voice and a strong recording environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high quality samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts.
- Deliver natural, expressive speech with controlled tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
- Maintain a consistent voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.
- Follow recording requirements for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
- Complete multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.
Qualifications
- Native Mexican Spanish speaker currently located in Mexico.
- Clear, natural, expressive voice and strong intonation, diction, and emotional range.
- Ability to follow scripts accurately while preserving a natural delivery.
- Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet space, and pop filter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar audio editing tools.
- Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, such as conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
Work Terms
- Remote hourly engagement.
- The initial engagement is one recording session of approximately four hours.
- A second session of similar length may be requested later, depending on client needs.
- This is an ongoing opening with voices considered on a rolling basis. Apply to be considered for available recording work.
Compensation
$50 to $100 per hour.
Eligibility
- Your voice may be cloned solely for the client’s internal CX AI agent. Apply only if you are comfortable with this use.
- Recordings will not be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.
