Role Overview
Apply refined visual judgment to help train next-generation AI systems through the curation and evaluation of aesthetic image content. This remote contract role focuses on selecting and critiquing images for artistic quality, originality, and visual impact. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review curated collections of filtered aesthetic images and assess their visual quality and creative value.
- Select images that demonstrate exceptional composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
- Provide clear written reasoning for selections and critiques.
- Collaborate with project trainers and visual specialists to align on quality standards.
- Apply consistent, high standards across varied visual genres and formats.
- Adapt to evolving project guidelines and visual-data selection requirements.
- Help develop robust, diverse datasets that reflect refined aesthetic sensibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience evaluating or creating visual work in photography, art direction, graphic or brand design, illustration, or visual curation.
- Strong artistic judgment and image-evaluation skills, including the ability to assess composition, lighting, color, and originality.
- A portfolio or track record of visual projects demonstrating taste and artistic rigor.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback.
- Experience critically evaluating or selecting images or other visual content.
- Current awareness of visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics in design or photography.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, work independently, and consistently meet project deliverables in a remote setting.
Work Terms
- Remote, contract engagement.
Compensation
- $21 to $70 per hour.
