Graphic Designer for AI Training

Apply UX/UI design expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world design input. Your design knowledge, rationale, and feedback will help shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Contribute UX/UI expertise and design input to an AI training project.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationales in writing and conversation to support the training process.
• Analyze and critique designs with a constructive, critical perspective.

• Proven UX/UI design expertise and proficiency with Figma.
• A strong portfolio showing impactful digital product design work.
• Ability to explain complex design concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive-design best practices.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience with AI projects or data annotation is helpful but not required.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is task based, and payment is provided for work that meets project specifications. Completion time may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum weekly task-submission commitment.
• Selected candidates should be prepared to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.

$15 to $30 per hour.
