Role Overview
Apply professional video production expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems. You will provide detailed, real-world input that helps models interpret video content, assess quality, and produce outputs aligned with industry standards. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Use hands-on experience in video editing, filming, post-production, special effects, or motion graphics to deliver precise feedback for AI model improvement.
- Analyze video content for creative techniques, technical details, and nuanced visual elements relevant to AI training.
- Interpret, annotate, and assess video datasets for model training and evaluation in collaboration with researchers and engineers.
- Review AI-generated video outputs for accuracy, quality, and adherence to video-industry standards.
- Document observations clearly and communicate complex video concepts to cross-functional collaborators.
- Help curate diverse, high-quality video samples across genres, formats, and production scenarios.
- Stay current on emerging video trends and technologies to keep training materials relevant.
Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in a video-focused role, such as video editor, filmographer, VFX specialist, motion artist, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, editing software, and visual-effects pipelines, including tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for technical and aesthetic video quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex video concepts to non-experts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a remote setting, solve problems, and collaborate constructively.
- Comfort providing constructive feedback and completing iterative, detail-oriented work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-annotation projects.
- Familiarity with a broad range of video genres, production styles, and technical standards.
- Experience with training, mentoring, or technical documentation in the video industry.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $65 to $80 per hour.
