Role Overview

Apply your travel industry expertise to help improve next generation AI systems through practical, real world feedback. This remote contract role focuses on travel planning, booking, customer interactions, sales, and industry best practices. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, scenario based feedback on travel planning, booking workflows, customer interactions, and industry practices.
• Analyze and critique travel questions, itineraries, and sales strategies for real world accuracy and quality.
• Create realistic booking scenarios and negotiation approaches for varied customer profiles and destinations.
• Review and improve customer service responses and communication protocols for clarity and professionalism.
• Recommend ways to strengthen travel sales techniques and upselling strategies.
• Participate in written and verbal project discussions to clarify requirements and share professional insight.
• Review and refine AI generated travel content for reading comprehension, industry relevance, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a closely related travel consultancy role.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, travel planning, sales, scheduling, and negotiation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback.
• Strong reading comprehension for evaluating complex travel scenarios, itineraries, and procedures.
• Familiarity with current travel industry trends, technology, and global destinations.
• Experience addressing diverse customer needs and resolving conflicts with a customer focused approach.
• Detail oriented, analytical approach and an interest in continuous learning and process improvement.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $20 to $35 per hour.
