Apply your travel industry expertise to shape how AI systems understand travel planning, booking, customer service, and sales. In this contractor role you will review and improve AI-generated travel content, provide scenario-based feedback, and share practical knowledge from real-world travel consulting. No prior experience in AI is required; domain experience and clear communication are the priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed, scenario-based feedback on travel planning, booking processes, customer interactions, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and critique travel-related queries, itineraries, and sales strategies to ensure AI outputs match real-world standards.
  • Create realistic travel booking scenarios and recommend effective negotiation approaches for varied customer profiles and destinations.
  • Evaluate and improve customer communication templates and service responses for clarity and professionalism.
  • Recommend ways to optimize sales techniques and upselling strategies within the travel domain.
  • Participate in written and verbal project discussions to clarify requirements and share expert perspectives.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content with attention to reading comprehension and industry relevance.
Qualifications
  • Required skills: customer service, reading comprehension, scheduling, negotiation, and sales.
  • Preferred: 5 or more years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a closely related travel consultancy role.
  • Proven expertise in travel planning, customer service, and sales negotiation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to give actionable, constructive feedback.
  • Strong reading comprehension for evaluating complex travel scenarios, itineraries, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with current travel industry trends, relevant technologies, and global destinations.
  • Experience handling diverse customer requests and resolving conflicts with a customer-first approach.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a desire for continuous learning and process improvement.
