In the role of Enterprise Client Partner, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise customers who are integrating AI agents and systems into their business workflows. This position uniquely combines elements of sales, product management, deployment, and customer success, allowing you to work closely with technically adept teams to convert complex AI use cases into scalable, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and secure enterprise customers through targeted outreach, warm introductions, and ecosystem-driven connections.
- Manage client relationships from initial technical discovery to long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead critical discussions with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop proposals and deal structures that address the complexities of AI deployments and enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Oversee the successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and systems within customer workflows.
- Maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline and provide strategic insights for internal decision-making.
- Gather product feedback and market insights to influence the product roadmap and positioning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong technical intuition.
- Experience managing enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or other highly technical environments.
- Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
- Comfortable working with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on action and long-term account growth.
- Experience collaborating with human data teams, enterprise AI teams, or enterprise data organizations.
- Familiarity with AI agent deployments, model evaluation workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
- Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology organizations.
This is a full-time remote position.
CompensationThe national pay range for this position is a base salary of $220, 000, $400, 000 per year. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
