Enterprise Client Partner, Enterprise AI

Build strategic enterprise relationships that bring AI agents and AI systems into real business workflows. You will connect complex customer use cases with scalable delivery, working across sales, product, deployment, and customer success with technically sophisticated teams.

• Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound prospecting, warm introductions, and ecosystem relationships.
• Own client relationships from technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
• Lead high-stakes discussions with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and deal structures suited to complex enterprise AI deployments.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with delivery.
• Support successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and AI systems in customer workflows.
• Maintain clear pipeline visibility and provide strategic signals for internal decisions.
• Share product feedback and market insights that inform roadmap and positioning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical intuition.
• Experience acquiring clients, conducting outbound prospecting, and building enterprise partnerships.
• Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or other highly technical environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working with evolving product capabilities and ambiguous technical requirements.
• A strong ownership mindset, bias toward action, and focus on long-term account growth.
• Preferred: experience with human data teams, enterprise AI teams, enterprise data organizations, AI agent deployments, model evaluation workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, AI transformation initiatives, or early-stage and high-growth technology organizations.

• Full-time, remote role.

• Advertised compensation range: $220, 000 to $400, 000 per year.
• National base salary range: $140, 000 to $180, 000 USD.
• Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and applicable policies.
