Business Document Analyst (German Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying professional business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this remote contract role you will test realistic business workflows, critique outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, and provide structured, actionable feedback that raises AI performance to consulting and Fortune 500 quality standards. Fluency in German is required.

• Work directly with AI systems to complete and validate complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and deliver structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or top consulting level quality expectations.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, escalate problems as appropriate, and help ensure AI systems meet business user needs consistently.
• Champion clarity, organization, and professional structure in every deliverable.

• Required skills: business analysis and communication, advanced Office Suite proficiency, strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and to assess work critically.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or willingness to learn quickly in a tech focused environment.
• Self starter who thrives working independently in a remote, fast paced setting.
• Fluency in German is required.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

• Engagement type: Contract, remote role. Candidates are ideally based in the United States, but the position is fully remote.
