Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (German Speaker)

Assess and improve AI-produced business documents by applying real-world business judgment and expert Office Suite skills. In this remote contract role you will evaluate AI outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, create realistic professional scenarios for testing, and provide clear, actionable feedback that helps raise AI quality to consulting and Fortune 500 standards. Fluency in German is required.

• Work directly with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and return structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables in areas such as finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Create and test realistic business scenarios and workflows, including analyses, presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Check AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality expectations.
• Communicate practical recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams to guide iterative AI improvements.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, and escalate systemic problems to help improve model behavior.
• Promote clear, well-structured, and professionally formatted deliverables in every review.

Required

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business roles such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business documents.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and superior written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or willingness to learn quickly in a tech-forward environment.
• Self-starter who performs well independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.

Preferred

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or major financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Hourly rate: $20.00 to $70.00 per hour.
