Role Overview
Help improve AI-driven productivity tools by evaluating and refining business documents in German. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply business judgment and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills to ensure AI-generated deliverables are clear, accurate, professional, and useful in real-world business settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with AI systems on complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
- Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
- Communicate actionable findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
- Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues affecting business users.
- Promote strong quality, organization, and clarity across every deliverable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creation of polished professional deliverables.
- Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
- Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.
Work Terms
- Contract engagement.
- Fully remote, ideally based in the United States.
Compensation
- $20 to $70 per hour.
