Business Document Specialist for AI Evaluation (German Speaker)

As a Business Document Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of AI-generated business documents. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your business expertise and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure that AI outputs meet high standards of clarity and professionalism, ultimately contributing to the development of next-generation AI-driven productivity tools.

• Collaborate with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables across various domains including finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, providing structured feedback.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in AI systems.
• Document and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet user needs.
• Champion quality, structure, and clarity in all deliverables, bridging the gap between business expertise and AI innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or a willingness to learn in a tech-focused environment.
• Self-starter attitude, thriving in an independent, remote, and fast-paced work environment.

Employment Type: Contract

Hourly rate ranging from $20 to $70.
