• Document and communicate findings through clear written reports and verbal presentations.

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
• Experience with resume screening, interviewing, and dynamic job-market analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and clarity.
• A consultative, sales-oriented approach to engaging professionals.
• Ability to work remotely, manage deliverables independently, adapt to changing project needs, and provide strategic insights.
• Experience with AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.

• Remote contract engagement.

$30 to $42 per hour.
