• Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to determine fit with project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interview processes and provide actionable recommendations to improve selection outcomes.
• Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Apply persuasive communication and consultative sales skills to engage prospective contributors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems, ensuring high-quality, real-world input.

• Required skills: sourcing, talent acquisition, resume screening, interviewing, knowledge of job markets, and sales or consultative engagement abilities.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and clarity in reporting.
• Consultative, sales-oriented mindset for engaging professionals and closing participation.
• Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.
• Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
