Role Overview
Contribute high-value PowerPoint and business-document expertise to a project that trains next-generation AI systems. You will design realistic Fortune 500 style scenarios and interact iteratively with an advanced language model to create, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, with a focus on .pptx deliverables. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and presentation skills are the priority.
Key Responsibilities- Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks that mirror multi-hour, Fortune 500 style work across PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Collaborate with an advanced language model in structured conversations to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, especially .pptx formats.
- For each task turn, assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables, selecting the most accurate and effective result based on quality dimensions.
- Create prompts and tasks that require substantial business acumen to complete without AI assistance.
- Engage in structured, four-turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback and preferences after each round.
- Document observations, recommendations, and edge cases to improve how models handle real-world business documents.
- Provide cross-functional expertise for use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries and business functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience on complex projects at Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with significant exposure to Microsoft Excel and Word and proven experience creating professional business documents and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with Office Open XML and working with .pptx files.
- Experience designing realistic business scenarios, workflows, reporting, and executive presentation materials.
- Strong business acumen across sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, and functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
- Experience with LLMs or AI-powered tools in iterative conversational formats is highly desirable, but not required.
- Representative job titles that fit well include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, and marketing strategist.
