Role Overview
Apply advanced business-document expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through realistic, high-quality PowerPoint, Excel, and Word work. This remote contract role centers on Project Navara and does not require prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design complex, realistic business tasks reflecting Fortune 500-style PowerPoint, Excel, and Word scenarios.
- Work with a language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, with particular emphasis on .pptx presentations.
- Review two AI-generated deliverables during each task turn and select the stronger result based on accuracy and effectiveness.
- Create prompts and scenarios that require substantial business acumen and would typically take multiple hours without AI assistance.
- Participate in structured four-turn conversations with the model, providing feedback and preferences after each round.
- Document observations and recommendations that improve AI handling of real-world business documents.
- Support cross-functional scenarios involving reporting, presentations, analysis, and proposals across industries and business functions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience delivering complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, significant Excel and Word experience, and a strong record of creating and reviewing professional business documents.
- Experience executing projects in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, and in functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
- Ability to build realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Experience with LLMs or AI-powered tools is highly desirable, particularly through iterative conversational work.
- Relevant backgrounds include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, and marketing strategist.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $60 per hour.
