Role Overview
Apply senior product management expertise to help train next-generation AI systems for AI-driven product workflows. You will create and evaluate realistic product management work that helps models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic product management scenarios covering specification writing, launch reviews, executive updates, and strategy memos.
- Create gold-standard deliverables that demonstrate senior-level clarity, polish, and executive readiness, including PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive reviews, and cross-functional briefs.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for content structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.
- Write detailed rubrics defining the quality standard for product management communications, including distinctions between leadership-ready materials and early drafts.
- Identify and annotate common failure modes, such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, and unclear prioritization.
- Ensure task designs reflect authentic, high-impact product management workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience at a major technology company, such as FAANG, Microsoft, or an organization of similar scale.
- Strong ownership experience with PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
- Mastery of product management frameworks, including Jobs to Be Done, opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.
- Excellent technical writing and native-level written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management within high-growth environments.
- A master''s degree is preferred, such as an MBA or MS in a relevant technical field.
Work Terms
- Contract engagement.
- Remote, open to candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
- $60 to $100 per hour.
