Help shape AI-driven product workflows by turning real product management expertise into high-quality tasks, reference deliverables, and evaluations for next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor engagement focuses on the documentation, reasoning, and communication standards used by experienced product managers. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Design realistic product management scenarios involving product requirements documents, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy memos, roadmaps, and cross-functional briefs.
- Create gold-standard PM deliverables, including PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive reviews, and launch documentation, with senior-level clarity, polish, and executive readiness.
- Evaluate AI-generated work for content structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and clarity for stakeholders.
- Write detailed scoring rubrics that establish quality standards for PM communications and distinguish leadership-ready work from early drafts.
- Identify and annotate common weaknesses in PM deliverables, such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, and unclear prioritization.
- Ensure task designs reflect authentic, high-impact product management workflows.
- At least 4 years of product management experience at a major technology company, such as FAANG, Microsoft, or an organization of similar scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of PRDs, launch documentation, product roadmaps, and executive presentations.
- Strong command of product management frameworks, including Jobs to Be Done, opportunity solution trees, and prioritization models.
- Exceptional technical writing skills and native-level written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management in high-growth environments.
- Strong deck creation, rubric development, product reasoning, and product management skills.
- A master''s degree is preferred, such as an MBA or an MS in a relevant technical field.
