About this role
Lead and scale the human data engine that powers frontier AI training. This role owns onboarding, talent activation, and client success for high-velocity AI training deployments, operating at the intersection of data, distributed operators, and enterprise delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Run large-cohort onboarding at scale, delivering fast, clean, zero chaos activations.
- Activate and manage distributed talent pools that power AI training and data operations.
- Build and maintain high-trust enterprise client relationships, driving customer success across ongoing AI deployments.
- Anticipate blockers before they surface, and resolve issues with speed and clarity.
- Publish weekly performance and milestone reports, focused on high signal with no noise.
- Host community syncs and engagement rituals to keep operators sharp and aligned.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align talent operations with evolving model and client needs.
- Continuously refine onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Elite written communicator, clear, structured, and direct.
- Proven operator in remote, distributed environments, with a deep ownership mindset.
- Comfortable leading 100 plus contributors while maintaining signal and quality.
- Thrives in ambiguity, high velocity, and continuous iteration.
- Data fluency, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
- Required skills include large scale onboarding, stakeholder management, cross functional collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience includes human data, RLHF, AI training pipelines, working with enterprise AI or technical clients, and building or scaling data ops or talent ops systems.
- Familiarity with modern tooling such as applicant tracking systems, analytics platforms, project operations tools, and automation.

- Company notice lists a national base pay range of $50, 000 to $70, 000 USD for this full-time position.
- All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and may also receive performance based bonuses subject to role and company policies.
