Role Overview
Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to turn complex data into reliable insights that help train next-generation AI systems. You will provide high-quality, real-world analytical input that improves how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth Excel-based analysis to extract actionable insights and support decision-making across teams.
- Work with project stakeholders to clarify data requirements and translate them into meaningful analyses.
- Review, clean, and validate datasets for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Create clear reports and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify trends, anomalies, data inconsistencies, and opportunities within complex datasets.
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations with close attention to detail.
- Support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives within the customer team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business-environment data analysis experience using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool.
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization tools.
- Experience identifying data inconsistencies and applying corrective measures.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to business outcomes in fast-paced, data-driven organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing data insights to cross-functional teams to inform business strategy.
- Experience presenting analytical outcomes to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with additional data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $40 to $55 per hour.
