Role Overview
Apply hands-on manufacturing and digital fabrication expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. Your real-world input will inform evaluation rubrics and improve AI support for human productivity in CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 workflows. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, with emphasis on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 applications.
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated manufacturing content and workflow recommendations.
- Develop and validate detailed rubrics that evaluate manufacturing-process accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute domain expertise that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform in manufacturing contexts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and related manufacturing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to clarity and detail.
- Experience creating or using process-evaluation rubrics is highly valued.
Work Terms
- Remote contractor engagement.
- Work is paid per task that meets project specifications. Time required may vary based on experience and workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of tasks each week.
- Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing required onboarding steps.
Compensation
$80 to $120 per hour. Compensation is output-based and paid for qualifying completed tasks.
