CAM/CNC Manufacturing Specialist for AI Training

Apply manufacturing and digital fabrication expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 workflows, using real-world technical judgment to improve how AI systems reason about manufacturing.

Your input will support evaluation rubrics intended to enhance human productivity. No previous AI experience is required, your manufacturing expertise is the central qualification.

• Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, with emphasis on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 applications.
• Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations for manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and validate detailed rubrics that evaluate manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.
• Apply domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input.

• Demonstrated expertise in CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and related manufacturing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear and detailed technical communication.
• Experience creating or using process-evaluation rubrics is highly valued.

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Completion time may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of task submissions each week.
• Selected candidates should be prepared to begin initial tasks within 24-48 hours after completing onboarding.

$80 to $120 per hour.
