Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough manual testing of an AI-powered video generation platform, assessing functionality, usability, and performance.
- Create and execute test cases and realistic user scenarios to validate new features and product updates.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues, delivering clear, reproducible reports to engineering teams for resolution.
- Provide direct technical support to clients, answer inquiries, and explain technical details clearly and professionally.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to cross-functional contributors to inform product improvements.
- Maintain high quality engineering standards and careful attention to detail in all testing artifacts.
- Use an iOS device to perform mobile platform testing and verify product behavior across supported environments.
- Required skills: Quality engineering, customer service, technical support.
- Proven experience with manual testing, bug tracking, and reporting in software or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer- or client-facing experience with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with video generation or media technology platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- No prior AI experience required; domain knowledge and QA expertise are the primary qualifications.

- Project structure follows Pacific Time, so availability to participate according to Pacific Time (PT) is required.
