Key Responsibilities- Translate and localize content between English and Malayalam while preserving accuracy, cultural nuance, and intended meaning.
- Review, edit, and proofread Malayalam documents for linguistic quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing Malayalam language insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain Malayalam language resources, glossaries, and style guides.
- Train and mentor team members on Malayalam language best practices when needed.
- Optimize Malayalam content for digital channels, with attention to clarity and engagement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve Malayalam linguistic processes.
- Native or near-native written and spoken Malayalam proficiency, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong English proficiency for bilingual communication.
- Demonstrated experience in Malayalam translation, localization, editing, proofreading, or content creation.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and accurately in writing and conversation.
- Proficiency with translation or localization software and digital communication tools.

- A degree in Linguistics, Translation, Malayalam Literature, or a related field.
