French Voice Coach for AI Training

No prior experience in AI is required; your language and coaching knowledge are the critical contributions.

• Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for a diverse range of learners.
• Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients verbal and written communication skills.
• Evaluate individual needs and monitor progress, adapting methods to achieve measurable improvement.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to boost learners confidence and communication clarity.
• Collaborate with the customer team to develop coaching materials and resources.
• Stay current with best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.
• Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learner progress.

• Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a strong understanding of French phonetics and culture.
• Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners to reach their potential.
• Strong organization and time management skills when working remotely.
• Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and sharing resources.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional improvement.
• No prior AI experience is required.

• Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
• Experience working with multicultural or international teams.
• Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.

Contract position, performed remotely. Collaboration will include working with the customer team and delivering coaching sessions and materials virtually.

Pay range is 30 to 65 per hour, paid on an hourly basis.

• Fluent French required, native or near-native proficiency preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely and reliably use digital communication and coaching tools.
