Help shape next-generation AI systems by contributing expert French voice coaching insight and high-quality, real-world feedback. This remote contract role centers on improving pronunciation, diction, fluency, and communication confidence for diverse learners. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency.
- Create and use tailored exercises that strengthen verbal and written communication skills.
- Assess learner needs and progress, then adapt coaching methods to support strong outcomes.
- Provide practical feedback that improves communication clarity and confidence.
- Partner with the customer team to develop coaching materials and resources.
- Keep current with voice-coaching and French-language-instruction practices.
- Maintain detailed records of sessions and learner progress.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native French proficiency, including strong knowledge of French phonetics and culture.
- Experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and empathy.
- Ability to motivate learners and support their progress.
- Strong organization and time-management skills in a remote environment.
- Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and sharing resources.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
- Experience working with multicultural or international teams.
- Experience developing curricula or educational content.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $30 to $65 per hour.
