• Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for a diverse set of learners.
• Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients verbal and written communication skills.
• Assess individual learner needs and track progress, adapting coaching methods to achieve measurable improvement.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback that increases learners confidence and communication clarity.
• Collaborate with the customers team to develop coaching materials and resources that support learning objectives.
• Stay current on best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions and learner progress.

• Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a strong understanding of French phonetics and culture.
• Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity, empathy, and motivational coaching.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and sharing resources.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth.
• No prior experience in AI is required; domain and coaching expertise are the priority.

• Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
• Experience working with multicultural and international teams.
• Background in curriculum development or creating educational content.

• Location: Remote only.
