English Voice Coach for AI Training

Help shape how next-generation AI voices sound by applying expert voice coaching to AI-generated performances. You will evaluate and direct vocal delivery, accents, and emotional nuance so synthesized voices are accurate, authentic, and expressive. No prior AI experience is required, your voice directing and dialect expertise are the core qualifications. This role supports a mission-driven AI data lab that converts real-world subject-matter skill into training data and evaluation to improve AI systems.

• Direct and assess AI-generated voice performances for accuracy, authenticity, clarity, and expressiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of accents and regional dialects for voice models.
• Collaborate with AI developers and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data.
• Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, pacing, and emotional delivery.
• Coach and mentor AI systems by delivering real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
• Produce detailed written and verbal analyses of voice outputs and document project progress.
• Participate in intense mini-pilot sessions, ensuring audio and descriptions meet professional standards under tight timelines.

• Proven professional experience as a voice coach, with demonstrable work in voice acting, accents, and regional dialect coaching.
• Demonstrated experience in voice directing for audio or media projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuance.
• Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback in high-pressure, fast-moving pilot projects.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and advancing AI-powered voice technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching or consulting on AI voice synthesis or related projects.
