Apply legal operations expertise to improve how AI systems handle real-world legal and contract management work. You will test technology-enabled workflows, assess AI-generated outputs, and provide practical feedback grounded in professional legal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, test, and refine realistic legal and contract management workflows using leading legal technology platforms.
- Evaluate eDiscovery, litigation support, compliance, contract, and e-signature solutions, including their performance and integration in simulated operational environments.
- Review AI and technology-assisted outputs to identify inaccuracies, unrealistic results, workflow failures, risks, and errors.
- Document findings clearly, using relevant legal operations best practices and professional standards.
- Identify user experience issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve technology-assisted legal processes.
- Share tested workflows and actionable refinements with the project team.
- Account for compliance and privacy considerations relevant to legal technology use cases.
- Professional experience in legal research, litigation support, contracts, or eDiscovery, including hands-on use of legal technology platforms.
- Understanding of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in legal operations.
- Experience implementing or managing e-signature workflows, contract lifecycle management tools, or document automation solutions.
- Ability to evaluate, critique, and improve digital workflows and end-user experiences in legal settings.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear written communication.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools is helpful. AI evaluation project or workplace integration experience is also helpful, but not required.
- No prior AI experience is required; legal technology domain expertise is the primary qualification.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $50 to $70 per hour.
