Apply your technology-transactions expertise to improve how advanced AI systems interpret contract language, identify legal risk, and support real-world contract review. This part-time, remote contractor role centers on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining technology agreements while contributing expert judgment to AI training and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and contract-redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing precise legal feedback to improve model performance.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
- Work with product and research teams to refine data, guidance, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- Help shape the training, evaluation, and practical application of AI for legal work.
- At least 3 years of in-house counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
- Experience negotiating master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data processing agreements.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, review, and redlining capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
