As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for thousands of individuals engaging with our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that users have a seamless and enjoyable experience from job application to payment, addressing any issues they encounter along the way.
This position involves close collaboration with our engineering team to triage and investigate bug reports, making your familiarity with modern web applications and SaaS challenges essential. Your interactions with users will often be their first impression of our platform, so maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating in fluent English is crucial.
This is a remote role that requires significant overlap with Pacific Time (PT/PST) working hours and entails a commitment of six days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate talent-reported issues from start to finish: reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and differentiate between UX friction, edge cases, and system defects.
- Debug across our AI + SaaS stack utilizing telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries to understand production behavior.
- Triage issues effectively, escalate genuine engineering problems and resolve others through configuration adjustments, prompt refinements, or clear user guidance.
- Identify systemic patterns and product risks to relay to engineering and product leadership.
- Create comprehensive documentation and runbooks to minimize recurring issues and enhance resolution speed.
- Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Proven ability to debug web applications, ideally with a background in:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution, or relevant experience at a high-growth technology startup.
- Experience in building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.), or
- 2-5 years of experience providing support for such web applications.
- Comfortable with AI systems, familiarity with LLMs, agents, or generative models is advantageous.
- Experience analyzing AI tool behavior (fine-tuning, prompt chains, debugging, or agent development).
- Ability to interpret model outputs, recognize failure modes, hallucinations, and feedback loops.
- Familiarity with modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.) is a plus.

CompensationAnnual salary range of $35, 000 - $50, 000.
