About this role
Build an AI-native platform that replaces spreadsheet-based operations with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. You will deliver core product capabilities end to end, from platform foundations and integrations to analytics experiences and hands-on pilot support.
Key Responsibilities- Ship production-ready backend and frontend features.
- Develop core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant platform foundations.
- Design a scalable integration framework with connectors, event ingestion, synchronization, and actions across common tools.
- Create real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-down capabilities, and exports.
- Architect an MCP-compatible agentic tool-use layer, including a tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability.
- Support the pilot through shipping, debugging, and rapid iteration with real users.
- Establish strong engineering practices, including testing, observability, and on-call readiness.
- Strong practical software engineering skills, with the ability to deliver end-to-end and independently resolve blockers.
- Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints.
- Deep experience with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and synchronization semantics.
- Effective use of AI development tools while maintaining correctness through sound tests, interfaces, and guardrails.
- Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces or tool-server development.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders.

- $70 to $110 per hour.
