Build scalable, high-performing web interfaces while applying your frontend expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Apply frontend engineering best practices, including code reviews and continuous integration.
- Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, reusable components.
- Communicate proactively in writing and verbally, contributing to an effective remote team culture.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications to support performance and user satisfaction.
- At least 3 years of expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript experience, including hands-on work with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- A demonstrated record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code that follows industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent user experiences.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues.
- Experience building accessible, responsive web applications.
- Experience working with distributed, remote-first engineering teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development workflows.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $60 to $120 per hour.
