Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (Portuguese Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying real-world business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this contract, fully remote role you will work directly with AI systems to validate outputs for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations. You will help shape AI behavior by designing realistic scenarios, delivering structured feedback, and escalating recurring issues so AI tools produce consulting-level or Fortune 500 quality deliverables. This role supports a leading AI data lab that converts domain expertise into high-quality training data and evaluations to advance frontier AI.

• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to execute and validate complex business tasks performed or proposed by AI systems.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and HR.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Assess AI outputs for numerical precision, business relevance, logical structure, and adherence to consulting-level or Fortune 500 standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive iterative AI improvements.
• Annotate and document recurring errors or failure modes and escalate them so issues are addressed at the system level.
• Champion clarity, structure, and professional quality in every deliverable to bridge business expertise and AI capabilities.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Required: 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Required skills: proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished business deliverables, strong business analysis and communication ability, and acute attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or an eagerness to learn these tools quickly in a tech-focused environment.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Preferred: background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

• Engagement type: Contract.
• Work location: Fully remote, ideally based in the United States.
• Work style: Independent, remote contributor working with product and engineering teams to improve AI outputs.

• Pay rate: $20 to $70 per hour.

• Fluent Portuguese speaker required.
