Business Document Expert, Portuguese Speaker

Help improve AI-driven productivity tools by evaluating and refining business documents in Portuguese. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply business judgment and advanced Office Suite expertise to ensure AI-generated work is clear, accurate, professional, and fit for real business use.

• Work with AI systems on complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
• Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
• Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues that affect business users.
• Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and clarity across deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating polished business deliverables.
• Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation.
• An MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

• Contract engagement.
• Fully remote, ideally based in the United States.

$20 to $70 per hour.
