About this role

As a Business Document Expert fluent in Korean, you will play a crucial role in enhancing AI-driven productivity tools by ensuring that AI-generated business documents meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your business expertise and advanced skills in the Office Suite to evaluate and refine AI outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with AI systems to execute complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on various AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
  • Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
  • Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in AI systems.
  • Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet the needs of business users.
  • Champion quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, bridging the gap between business expertise and AI innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
  • Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail with the ability to critically assess and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or a strong willingness to learn in a tech-focused environment.
  • Self-starter attitude, thriving in an independent, remote, and fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
  • Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
  • MBA or advanced degree, with experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.
Work Terms

Contract position, fully remote, ideally based in the US.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $70.
