Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (Chinese Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying professional business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this remote contract role you will test realistic business workflows, critique outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, and deliver structured feedback that raises AI document quality to consulting or Fortune 500 standards.

• Work directly with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured, actionable feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror current professional workflows, including data analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, clarity, and adherence to consulting or Fortune 500 level quality expectations.
• Communicate recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams to support continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, and escalate defects or patterns that reduce deliverable quality.
• Champion quality, structure, and professional presentation in every deliverable.

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in roles such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred:
• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or major financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business work products.

• Pay range: $20.00 to $70.00 per hour.

• Fluency in Chinese is required, with strong business-level communication skills in English for collaboration and feedback.
