Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (Chinese Speaker)

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents, using deep business knowledge and advanced Office Suite skills to ensure clarity, professionalism, and Fortune 500 or top-consulting level quality. In this fully remote, contract role you will work directly with AI systems to perform and validate real-world business tasks across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations. The role supports a leading AI data lab focused on turning subject matter expertise into training data and evaluation feedback for frontier AI models.
Key Responsibilities- Execute complex business tasks in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in collaboration with AI systems.
- Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and related domains.
- Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
- Review AI outputs for numerical precision, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-quality standards.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of AI behavior.
- Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems better meet business user needs.
- Promote high standards for quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
- Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished business deliverables.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the willingness to learn them quickly.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Chinese language skills, able to read and communicate effectively in Chinese.
- Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
- Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
- MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Pay range: $20 to $70 per hour.
Eligibility- Fluency in Chinese is required.
