Role Overview
Evaluate and compare multiple AI chatbot responses for real-world small business scenarios, using Korean business documents and your understanding of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic, business-focused prompts aligned with defined user goals.
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots, with up to five turns in each conversation.
- Assess responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations.
- Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results.
- Create engaging visual marketing content.
- Help address and evaluate day-to-day operational and customer-interaction scenarios.
- Conduct market research and contribute ideas within your area of expertise.
- Use data to support analysis and financial planning.
- Work with input files and tools, including spreadsheets, PDFs, and images.
Qualifications
- You are a business owner or have a strong understanding of small business operations.
- You have business-related documents available in Korean.
- You bring strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- You can follow structured evaluation guidelines.
- You are comfortable working with AI tools.
Work Terms
- Remote, contract engagement with a flexible work environment.
