Role Overview
Design and implement AI-driven enterprise workflows that measurably boost business productivity, and contribute your domain expertise to train next-generation AI systems. You will translate real-world processes into enterprise-grade AI automations and integrations, and communicate business impact to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity improvements.
- Develop and optimize workflow automations using leading generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
- Architect cross-platform AI solutions that ensure workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process systems.
- Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and enterprise best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Produce clear deliverables, including documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports that communicate AI workflow outcomes and value.
- Apply your subject matter expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI models through high-quality, real-world input.
- Required skills: Enterprise AI productivity, AI workflow design, workflow automation, business process optimization, cross-platform AI, AI adoption, AI enablement, knowledge management, enterprise collaboration, system integrations, process improvement, change management.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with a demonstrated record of using generative AI tools to improve business productivity, workflows, and automation.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise connectors and leading AI productivity platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement within cross-functional teams, and experience leading change management for digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to produce clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
Contractor engagement, fully remote. This role contributes to an enterprise project focused on AI-driven productivity solutions. Independent contractor status applies.
CompensationPay rate: $80.00 to $150.00 per hour.
Eligibility- No prior professional AI experience is required, domain expertise and real-world subject matter knowledge are valued.
