Role Overview
Apply advanced Word and PDF expertise to produce high-quality training input that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on accurate, secure document review, editing, formatting, extraction, and workflow support for complex professional and regulated use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and format Word and PDF documents to industry and client-specific standards.
- Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large, complex files.
- Create, edit, and complete dynamic Word and PDF forms and templates for varied professional needs.
- Extract and consolidate data accurately from Word and PDF documents.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accurate, timely, and confidential document solutions.
- Implement and maintain document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-focused projects.
- Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features and best practices.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of intensive professional experience using Word and PDF tools.
- Advanced skill in document formatting, markup, reviews, and tracked changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A master''s, PhD, or JD in a related field, such as law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance.
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly complex, regulated environments.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials discreetly.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and effective in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a legal professional, healthcare administrator, academic researcher, government consultant, or in finance or real estate operations.
- Experience with advanced PDF capabilities, including form fields, digital signatures, and secure document handling.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-impact Word and PDF project delivery.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Remote role, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
- $20 to $55 per hour.
