Role Overview
Use advanced Word and PDF skills to review, edit, format, and secure documents that help train next-generation AI systems. Work on complex, compliance-sensitive material, produce high-quality training data and document solutions, and support stakeholders with best practices for Word and PDF workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Microsoft Word and PDF while meeting industry and client-specific standards.
- Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large or complex files.
- Create, edit, and fill dynamic forms and templates in Word and PDF.
- Extract and consolidate precise data from Word and PDF documents.
- Implement and enforce document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-driven projects.
- Maintain secure handling of confidential and sensitive materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely document solutions.
- Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF functionality and best practices.
- Minimum 3+ years experience working intensively with Microsoft Word and PDF tools in professional settings.
- Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
- Proven experience with version control and managing edits across complex documents.
- Experience extracting structured data from documents and consolidating results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive materials discreetly.
- Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Master''s, PhD, or JD degree in a related field such as law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance preferred.
- Track record supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly complex and regulated environments preferred.
