UX/UI Designer

Role Overview

Apply UX/UI design expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. This remote contract opportunity focuses on customer-centered design and how intelligent systems learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute UX/UI design expertise to support the training of next-generation AI systems.
• Provide clear documentation and constructive feedback that supports high-quality project output.
• Use user-centered design practices and data-informed insights to shape project contributions.

Qualifications

• Expert-level UX/UI design skills, supported by a substantial portfolio of user-centered web and mobile work.
• Advanced Figma experience, including prototyping and design system management.
• Ability to interpret Adobe Analytics and use analytics insights to inform design decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing independently or as a consultant on agile, cross-functional projects.
• Experience designing AI-driven products or digital experiences is helpful but not required.
• Interest in applying human-centered design to intelligent systems.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is task-based and paid for work that meets project specifications. Time required may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum task-submission requirements apply each week.
• Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after onboarding is completed.

Compensation

$25 to $40 per hour.
