Key Responsibilities- Annotate and label Spanish-language data with precision and consistency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to clarify project requirements and provide linguistic insight.
- Review, edit, and validate annotated datasets to uphold quality standards.
- Identify Spanish-language nuances and potential challenges to improve annotation processes.
- Maintain current documentation for annotation guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in writing and verbally.
- Participate in remote meetings and contribute to language-related discussions.
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency, including grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic usage.
- Professional-level English communication skills and bilingual proficiency.
- Experience with data annotation or linguistic quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate remotely.
- Familiarity with digital annotation and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting AI, NLP, or data-driven language projects.
