Help improve advanced AI language models by contributing native-level German expertise to speech and language training work. Your recordings, annotations, and quality feedback will support more accurate language understanding and pronunciation.
Key Responsibilities- Record clear, high-quality German audio samples for AI model development.
- Annotate speech data with precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
- Support the design and execution of speech-data collection workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide feedback to improve German language understanding and pronunciation.
- Apply knowledge of German phonetics and pronunciation throughout the workflow.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer team to maintain consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide written insights and documentation as needed.
- Native German fluency, including a strong understanding of regional accents and language nuances.
- Experience or proficiency in annotation and speech-data collection processes.
- Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, a quality-focused approach, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Audio-recording experience, including voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
- Experience with AI projects or training-data annotation tools.
- Background in linguistics, audio engineering, or a related field.
- Experience providing feedback or conducting quality assessments for audio or language data.
- Remote contract role.
- No previous AI experience is required. Native German expertise and a strong ear for language are central to the work.
- $30 to $65 per hour.
