• Record clear, high-quality German audio samples used for AI training.
• Annotate speech data with precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated language outputs and provide feedback to improve understanding and pronunciation.
• Collaborate with the customer team to maintain consistency and quality across tasks.
• Apply knowledge of German phonetics, pronunciation, and regional accents in all deliverables.
• Produce documentation and communicate findings clearly in written and verbal form.

• Native fluency in German, with deep familiarity with regional accents and nuances.
• Proficiency in annotation and speech data collection processes.
• Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and core linguistic principles.
• Experience in audio recording, for example voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Prior experience with AI projects or training data annotation tools.
• Background in linguistics, audio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience performing feedback and quality assessment of audio or language data.

• Pay rate: $30 to $65 per hour.
