Key Responsibilities- Create compelling, content-driven PowerPoint presentations for strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with teams across business, strategy, operations, finance, and marketing analytics to distill complex information into clear executive slides.
- Translate data-driven insights and performance metrics into visually impactful business narratives.
- Support executive communications with precise written and verbal messaging.
- Advise on presentation storytelling, information hierarchy, and industry-aligned best practices.
- Integrate PowerPoint, Excel, and Word assets effectively across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Apply experience in business strategy and operational planning from large organizations or Fortune 500 environments.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and business strategy experience within complex or large-scale organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive-level audiences.
- Background in operations consulting, financial control, or marketing analytics.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to polished, error-free deliverables.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing deadlines and shifting priorities professionally.
- Preferred: experience supporting Fortune 500 companies or comparable enterprises, C-suite presentation development, and using data visualization and strategic content to drive business impact.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $30 to $55 per hour.
