Role Overview
Review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks through the lens of user and customer research expertise. This remote, hourly role focuses on assessing outputs for accuracy, analytical rigor, and domain quality, then delivering actionable evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated work products against domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Apply subject-matter expertise in user and customer research and feedback synthesis to grade outputs.
- Identify factual, visual, and presentation-related errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in user and customer research and feedback synthesis.
- Native-level or professional English fluency.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- A master''s degree or higher from a reputable institution is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $80 to $120 per hour.
