Role Overview
As an Evaluator specializing in user and customer research and feedback synthesis, you will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your expertise will ensure that these outputs meet high standards of accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts based on domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in the materials.
- Provide clear and structured written feedback to enhance the quality of the outputs.
- Must Have: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis.
- Must Have: Native or professional fluency in English.
- Must Have: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
- Nice to Have: Advanced degree (Master''s or higher) from a reputable institution.
This is a remote, hourly engagement.
CompensationCompensation ranges from $80 to $120 per hour.
