Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator, Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying hands-on CRM and revenue operations expertise to complex SaaS scenarios. You will work within a revenue technology stack where business rules, automations, customer records, permissions, and documentation may be misaligned, then use sound operational judgment to determine the intended state and document clear recommendations. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for conflicting rules, retired policies, duplicate records, and other operational inconsistencies.
• Evaluate and resolve policy conflicts, determine which business rules take priority, and document actionable reasoning.
• Create precise operational prompts that describe best practices for complex, real-world SaaS data scenarios.
• Reconcile underlying data across platforms to establish and maintain a consistent intended state.
• Document recommended changes and justified decisions to leave specific areas unchanged.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on connected tools, including billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integration platforms.
• Contribute guidance on system design, optimization, and sustainable CRM governance in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
• A proven record of independently leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, rollouts, or other real-world build-outs.
• Extensive experience configuring fields, flows, validation rules, objects, and permission sets. Certifications are valued, though practical build experience is prioritized.
• Working knowledge of at least two related revenue or operational systems, such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware.
• Comfort working with SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• SaaS experience, preferably in regulated industries or multi-product environments.
• Strong written and verbal professional English skills, particularly for documenting technical reasoning and operational policy decisions.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $35 to $80 per hour.
