Role Overview

Apply hands-on electrical and field operations expertise to analyze, clarify, and document electrical schematics, control and automation systems, and field procedures so AI training data reflects real-world practice. You will review technical materials, explain troubleshooting approaches, and produce clear, actionable guidance for model training. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and clear communication are the priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, interpret, and explain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation for AI training purposes.
  • Review, annotate, and validate technical materials such as equipment layouts, inspection reports, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate electrical troubleshooting scenarios and document diagnostic approaches and solutions following industry best practices.
  • Assess and clarify technical manuals and field operation guides to improve accuracy and accessibility for non-expert audiences.
  • Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality related to electrical systems and field operations design.
  • Collaborate asynchronously to share technical context, practical scenarios, and real-world challenges.
  • Identify information gaps and contribute to refining workflows and processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven practical expertise in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations.
  • Experience interpreting and producing technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail when working with visually dense technical documents.
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting, process optimization, remote collaboration, and analytical problem solving.
  • Valued backgrounds include Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrician, or Maintenance Supervisor.
