About this role
Role Overview
Design evaluation tasks, reference outputs, and rubrics that capture senior Fortune 500 electrical engineering judgment for AI systems used in large-scale enterprise electrical systems and product design. Work focuses on scenarios calibrated to the complexity, safety stakes, and production scale of major industrial and technology manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities- Construct enterprise electrical engineering scenarios that reflect complex circuit and systems design cycles, multi-stakeholder design reviews, and manufacturing or regulatory certification processes at Fortune 500 accounts.
- Build tasks across domains including power systems and grid infrastructure, semiconductor and PCB design, embedded systems and firmware, signal processing, and control systems engineering.
- Develop scenarios that incorporate industry tools and platforms such as Altium Designer, Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE simulators, and enterprise PLM or EDA systems used in large corporate stacks.
- Apply enterprise methodologies including circuit analysis and simulation, EMC and EMI compliance, control theory, reliability and failure mode analysis, and produce reference design specifications and engineering analyses.
- Write executive-level technical narratives and rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise engineering judgment from textbook or coursework-level responses.
- 5+ years working as an electrical engineer or engineering lead at a Fortune 500 technology, industrial, or energy company, for example Intel, Texas Instruments, GE, Siemens, or Tesla.
- Direct ownership of Fortune 500-scale circuit designs, power systems, or engineering certification programs.
- Fluency with enterprise electrical engineering tooling and methodologies, and practical understanding of Fortune 500 safety standards, regulatory certification processes such as UL, FCC, IEC, and cross-functional design governance.
- Prior authorship of rubrics, engineering-training curriculum, or formal design documentation is a plus.
- Location: Remote
- Engagement type: Hourly contractor
Pay rate: 70 - 80 hourly.
EligibilityNo specific work-authorization or visa sponsorship details are provided in this posting. Applicants should confirm they are permitted to work remotely from their location under their own legal and tax arrangements.
