Role Overview
Apply systems analysis expertise to help shape next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. You will support a remote customer project by analyzing systems and processes, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Create detailed business process models using established methodologies to guide system enhancements.
- Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
- Diagnose technical challenges and recommend actionable solutions that support ongoing platform development.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to maintain deliverable quality and meet customer needs.
- Provide domain expertise for AI training-data and scenario design and validation.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
- Expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process modeling, including BPMN or UML.
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success collaborating on remote projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
- Experience supporting technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is a plus.
