Computer Systems Analyst

Apply systems-analysis expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input on a customer project. This remote contract role focuses on analyzing systems and processes, resolving technical issues, and supporting the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Create detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies to support system enhancements.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
• Diagnose technical challenges and recommend actionable solutions that support ongoing platform development.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to maintain deliverable quality and meet customer needs.
• Apply domain expertise to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
• Expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process modeling, such as BPMN or UML.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Proven success collaborating virtually on remote projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience with technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is a plus.

• Remote contract engagement for candidates based in the United States.

• $60 to $120 per hour.
