Role Overview
Apply hands-on SaaS revenue operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using high-quality, real-world operational insight. This remote contract role focuses on improving operational effectiveness and revenue data integrity in complex, regulated, or multi-product SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine CRM data models to support evolving sales, customer success, and revenue operations needs.
- Resolve and document conflicting operational policies, clearly explaining decisions and tradeoffs.
- Design and validate compliance-constrained SaaS revenue workflows aligned with applicable industry regulations.
- Identify and address revenue-data integrity gaps to support accurate reporting and analytics.
- Provide detailed process walkthroughs based on personal system-configuration experience, including decision points and lessons learned.
- Contribute written and verbal expertise to scenario-based operational training work with project stakeholders.
- Recommend scalable, compliant system improvements that strengthen cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations. Adjacent or management-only experience does not meet this requirement.
- Experience owning and configuring a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with at least two additional revenue tools, such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-tracking systems.
- Ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain operational tradeoffs in complex, highly regulated environments. Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or similar fields is strongly preferred.
- Sound judgment when business needs, regulations, and process rules intersect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting logic and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing processes for regulated industries or multi-product SaaS implementations, with attention to compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, deciding what to change or keep stable, and explaining the reasoning behind those choices.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $100 per hour.
