About this role

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying hands-on revenue operations and CRM expertise to a complex SaaS systems-alignment project. You will assess how CRM, billing, ticketing, and related revenue tools work together, identify operational inconsistencies, and produce clear recommendations and documentation. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify misaligned operational logic and policies.
  • Document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permission mismatches, and unclear or undocumented processes.
  • Create precise operational prompts and recommendations for handling complex or ambiguous SaaS revenue-stack scenarios.
  • Define the desired state of underlying data, correct discrepancies, and support logical consistency across systems.
  • Record the rationale for changes and for decisions to leave areas unchanged, enabling transparent operational decision-making.
  • Use sound judgment when conflicting rules or cascading changes affect multiple systems.
  • Deliver detailed written documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation and onboarding, including direct system ownership.
  • Ability to personally configure CRM fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Experience with at least two adjacent SaaS revenue tools, such as billing or subscription management, CPQ or quoting, ticketing or support, project tracking, or automation and integration platforms.
  • SaaS experience, particularly in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or organizations with complex multi-product implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage changes across interconnected systems while maintaining operational integrity.
  • Comfort evaluating and documenting policy grey areas and exceptions, particularly for renewals and entitlement changes.
  • Professional English proficiency and the ability to communicate nuanced operational reasoning and trade-offs verbally and in writing.

Work Terms

  • Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

  • $45 to $90 per hour.
