Role Overview
Apply your revenue operations and CRM systems expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world SaaS operational input. You will support a complex systems-alignment project by examining how CRM, billing, and ticketing systems work together, identifying inconsistencies, and documenting sound operational decisions. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify misaligned operational logic and policies.
- Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permission mismatches, and unclear or undocumented processes.
- Develop precise operational prompts and recommendations for handling complex or ambiguous SaaS revenue-stack scenarios.
- Define the desired underlying data state, correct discrepancies, and maintain logical consistency across systems.
- Document decision-making rationale, including changes made and areas intentionally left unchanged, to support transparent operations.
- Use sound judgment when conflicting rules or cascading changes affect multiple systems.
- Create thorough written documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation and onboarding with direct system ownership.
- Experience personally configuring CRM fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Experience with at least two adjacent SaaS revenue tools, such as billing or subscription management, CPQ or quoting, ticketing or support, project tracking, or automation and integration platforms.
- Experience in SaaS environments, particularly fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or organizations with complex multi-product implementations.
- Ability to evaluate and manage changes across interconnected systems while maintaining operational integrity.
- Comfort documenting policy grey areas and exceptions, particularly those involving renewals and entitlement changes.
- Professional English proficiency and the ability to communicate nuanced operational reasoning and trade-offs in writing and conversation.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $45 to $90 per hour.
