About this role

Role Overview

Strengthen the systems, data, and insights behind a growing revenue organization. Partner closely with the Sales Operations Senior Lead to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and analysis that informs high-impact business decisions in a fast-moving remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve CRM data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and user support.
  • Maintain pipeline quality and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Build and enhance dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion, seller productivity, and quota attainment.
  • Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Improve forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals.
  • Support implementation and adoption of sales tools, CRM pipelines, and operating processes.
  • Turn analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Address ad hoc analytical needs involving incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
  • Skills in data analytics and business intelligence, CRM administration and optimization, sales operations and pipeline management, forecasting, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, including CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • SQL and/or BI tool experience, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to connect operational metrics to revenue impact and business decisions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder presentation skills.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and problems without predefined solutions.
  • Preferred: advanced HubSpot proficiency or certification; forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling experience; and experience with sales incentives, quotas, KPI analysis, or cross-functional analytics in Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or Business Operations.

  • Full-time, remote role.

Compensation

  • Listed compensation range: $100, 000 to $140, 000 per year.
  • The stated national base-salary range for this full-time position is $80, 000 to $100, 000 per year.
  • Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional benefits supporting a remote-first workforce.

Eligibility

  • All employees are eligible for equity compensation.
