About this role

Shape high-stakes evaluation tasks for AI systems used in enterprise consumer banking environments. This role draws on senior retail banking experience to create realistic scenarios, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics that reflect the operational scale, regulatory complexity, and customer volume of large national and Fortune 500 banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create enterprise retail banking scenarios covering large-scale deposit and lending operations, branch network decisions involving multiple stakeholders, and complex regulatory examinations or compliance review cycles.
  • Develop tasks across consumer lending, including mortgage, auto, and personal lending, as well as branch and digital banking operations, credit risk and underwriting, fraud prevention, and customer experience and retention strategy.
  • Build operations scenarios involving core banking platforms such as FIS, Fiserv, and Temenos; loan origination systems; CRM platforms; and fraud detection and AML monitoring tools used in enterprise banking environments.
  • Apply credit risk scoring models, CFPB and other regulatory compliance standards, omnichannel service design, and KYC/AML protocols to produce reference lending policies, risk assessments, and executive-level operational narratives.
  • Write rubrics that separate authentic enterprise retail banking judgment from generic textbook knowledge or licensing-exam recall.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer lending, branch operations, credit risk, or compliance at a Fortune 500 retail bank, such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, or U.S. Bank.
  • Direct ownership of large-scale lending portfolios, branch or digital banking operations, or regulatory compliance programs.
  • Fluency with enterprise retail banking tools and frameworks, including practical knowledge of OCC, CFPB, and FDIC examinations, KYC/AML compliance, and credit risk governance.
  • Experience authoring rubrics, banking training curricula, or policy and risk documentation is a plus.
Work Terms
  • Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
  • $60 to $70 per hour.
