Role Overview
Use your finance expertise and native Portuguese skills to create, review, and validate real-world financial documents that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on producing high-quality reports, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and on delivering clear, actionable feedback to align documents with Fortune 500 standards.
Key Responsibilities- Review, create, and refine financial documents in Portuguese, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Produce, edit, and evaluate materials using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Provide detailed feedback on document accuracy, clarity, completeness, and relevance for AI training purposes.
- Assess and validate financial terminology, calculations, formulas, and document structures within complex materials.
- Collaborate with the customer team to ensure documents meet Fortune 500 standards and best practices.
- Document review processes and clearly articulate findings in written form.
- Contribute practical finance knowledge to shape AI-driven workflows and model behavior.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, with hands-on work on financial documents.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver timely results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States or significant familiarity with US financial standards and reporting practices.
- Previous exposure to AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
- Advanced certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
