Role Overview
Apply your finance expertise to create, review, and refine Portuguese-language financial documents that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This contract, fully remote role focuses on producing high-quality reports, spreadsheets, and presentations in Portuguese, validating terminology and calculations, and ensuring materials meet Fortune 500 standards. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge is the core requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Review, create, and refine financial documents in Portuguese, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Produce, edit, and evaluate materials using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Provide detailed feedback on document accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI model training purposes.
- Assess and validate financial terminology, calculations, and document structures within complex materials.
- Collaborate with the customer team to ensure documents align with Fortune 500 standards and best practices.
- Document review processes and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contribute real-world finance expertise to inform AI-driven workflows and processes.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, with hands-on work on financial documents.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver timely results.
- Preferred: based in the United States or significant familiarity with US financial standards and reporting practices.
- Preferred: previous exposure to AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
- Preferred: advanced certifications in finance or accounting are a plus.

Pay range: $10 to $45 per hour.
Eligibility- Native-level Portuguese proficiency is required.
- US residency is preferred but not required; familiarity with US financial reporting is advantageous.
- No prior AI experience is required, domain expertise in finance is the primary qualification.
