Role Overview
Work with Chinese-language financial documents to create, review, and format high-quality materials used to train next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on applying real-world finance expertise to produce accurate, well-structured documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that support AI training and evaluation. No prior AI experience is required. Contributions will align with enterprise level standards and support a global expert network.
Key Responsibilities- Create, analyze, and review finance-related content in Chinese, including complex documents, tables, and reports.
- Develop, format, and edit materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting.
- Evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of diverse financial documents and data sets.
- Provide clear written and verbal explanations in Chinese about financial documentation processes and rationale.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards for AI training data.
- Handle sensitive financial information with meticulous attention to detail and meet assigned deadlines to Fortune 500 standards of excellence.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on finance experience focused on creating or managing financial documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting and data handling skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly in English and Chinese.
- Preferred but not required, experience working with cross-functional teams or in AI or data training contexts.
- Preferred candidates are based in the United States and familiar with US financial documentation standards.
