Role Overview
Apply your financial-document expertise in Chinese to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world content, evaluations, and feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, and review Chinese-language finance content and financial documents.
- Develop, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of financial documents and data sets.
- Provide clear written and verbal explanations of financial-documentation processes in Chinese.
- Work with teams to produce high-quality data used to develop and train AI models.
- Handle sensitive financial information with meticulous attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines and deliver work aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Native-level Chinese proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on finance experience focused on creating or managing financial documents.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including document and data formatting.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States and familiar with US financial-documentation standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in AI or data-training environments.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
- Ideal candidates are based in the United States.
Compensation
- $10 to $55 per hour.
