As a Financial Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of next-generation AI systems by leveraging your expertise in finance and Chinese language proficiency. Your contributions will directly impact how AI models learn, reason, and perform, ensuring they are trained with high-quality, real-world data.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your advanced knowledge of financial documents to create, analyze, and review finance-related content in Chinese.
- Develop, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of diverse financial documents and data sets with your financial expertise.
- Provide clear and precise written and verbal explanations about financial documentation processes in Chinese.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality data that supports the development and training of AI models.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling sensitive financial information.
- Meet deadlines and deliver projects aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in finance, focused on creating or managing financial documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and succinctly in both English and Chinese.
- Based in the US and familiar with US financial documentation standards.
- Experience with cross-functional teams or in AI/data training environments.
Contract position, fully remote.
Compensation:Hourly rate of $10 - $45, based on experience and qualifications.
Eligibility:Open to candidates with the required skills and qualifications, no prior experience in AI necessary.
