Key Responsibilities- Create, format, and edit complex financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Chinese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Analyze and review finance-related content for accuracy, relevance, and consistency across diverse document types and datasets.
- Provide clear, precise written and verbal explanations in Chinese about financial documentation processes and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with model training needs.
- Handle sensitive financial information with strict attention to detail and data quality controls.
- Meet deadlines and deliver work aligned with Fortune 500 standards of excellence.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finance, with a focus on creating or managing financial documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced document and data formatting skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly in both English and Chinese.
- Preferred: based in the United States and familiar with US financial documentation standards, experience with cross-functional teams or in AI/data training environments.
Contract position, remote with preference for candidates based in the United States. Independent contractor status. No prior AI experience required, the role focuses on domain expertise in finance and documentation.
CompensationHourly pay range: $10 - $55 per hour.
Eligibility- Native-level Chinese language ability is required.
- Ideally located in the United States, familiarity with US financial documentation standards is a plus.
- Bachelor''s degree and at least 3 years of relevant finance experience are required.
