About this role

Help shape AI evaluation tasks for enterprise fraud and financial-crimes work, reflecting the transaction volumes, adversarial tactics, and loss exposure faced by major banks, payment companies, and large enterprises.

Role Overview

You will create realistic fraud detection scenarios, reference outputs, and evaluation rubrics that reflect the judgment of experienced fraud and financial-crimes professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create enterprise fraud scenarios involving high-volume transaction monitoring, multi-party investigations, and regulatory reporting cycles, including SARs and CTRs.
  • Develop tasks covering payment fraud, account takeover, identity theft, anti-money laundering, synthetic identity fraud, and merchant and card-network fraud.
  • Build fraud-operations scenarios using tools such as SAS Fraud Management, Actimize, Feedzai, and enterprise case-management and transaction-monitoring platforms.
  • Apply rules-based and machine-learning detection models, network and link analysis, KYC and AML frameworks, and BSA compliance practices.
  • Produce reference investigation reports, risk models, executive-level fraud narratives, and rubrics that distinguish practical enterprise investigation judgment from generic textbook knowledge.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in fraud detection, financial-crimes investigation, or AML compliance at a Fortune 500 bank, payments company, or financial institution, such as JPMorgan Chase, Visa, PayPal, American Express, or Wells Fargo.
  • Experience directly owning enterprise-scale fraud detection programs, investigation caseloads, or transaction-monitoring systems.
  • Fluency with enterprise fraud detection tools and methods, along with a practical understanding of FinCEN and BSA/AML reporting, law-enforcement coordination, and case-escalation processes.
  • Experience authoring rubrics, fraud-investigation training curricula, or case documentation is preferred.
Work Terms
  • Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation

$60 to $70 per hour.
