Key Responsibilities- Create tasks and deliverables that reflect common requests within the real estate brokerage field.
- Contribute professional expertise to AI research and infrastructure initiatives.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage or a closely related field.
- Remote, per-task engagement.
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase to 30 or more hours per week.
- Immediate start, with an expected duration of approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
- Compensation is 1500 per task.
- Payment for the first task is issued upon approval. Candidates who complete their first task within the required timeline may qualify for hourly payment for the remainder of the project.
