Role Overview
Drive full-cycle hiring to build high-performing, diverse teams for a remote-first AI data lab. As an Associate Recruiter on the Extended team, you will proactively source and engage candidates, manage hiring pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance, and deliver a professional candidate experience while sharing market insights to improve hiring outcomes. You will work with stakeholders across roles that support training and evaluating frontier AI models in domains such as finance, healthcare, and STEM engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and varied sourcing methods.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline end to end, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Coordinate interviews, collect and synthesize feedback, and keep candidates informed to ensure a smooth experience.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform and optimize hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Share market insights and recommendations to help refine sourcing and selection approaches.
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a startup environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment platforms and tools.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

- Experience recruiting for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
