Polish Language Reviewer for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your native-level Polish language expertise to real-world audio and language evaluations. This remote contract role focuses on assessing how naturally and fluently Polish is spoken, then providing clear English-language feedback that supports AI language understanding and generation. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Polish audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of speakers or model outputs.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document concise, detailed assessments in English, including the linguistic factors behind each evaluation.
• Provide clear justifications to support consistent, accurate results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share language insights that help improve AI performance in Polish understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• At least B2-level English proficiency, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly and accurately.
• Experience in audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
