People Operations and Recruiting Evaluator for AI Outputs

Assess AI-generated people operations and recruiting deliverables, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, for accuracy, analytical rigor, and domain quality. Use your subject-matter expertise to grade outputs and deliver actionable, structured feedback.

• Review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual errors, content gaps, formatting and aesthetic issues, and presentation problems.
• Apply deep people ops and recruiting expertise to assign quality ratings and justify assessments.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to help improve future outputs.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in people operations or recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially slide tools such as Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Advanced degree, Master's or higher, from a reputable institution.

This is a remote, hourly engagement. Candidates will be engaged on an hourly basis for evaluation work.

Pay range: 80 to 120 per hour.
