Role Overview
Apply your molecular biology expertise to produce high-quality, expert-driven data and guidance that will train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will analyze real-world molecular biology content, validate scientific outputs, and help shape how models learn, reason, and perform. This is a remote contract engagement focused on creating accurate, domain-grounded training data; no prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze molecular biology data, experimental protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy.
- Develop high-quality content, annotations, and explanations grounded in current molecular biology concepts, techniques, and findings.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and conformity with established molecular biology standards.
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve AI system understanding and performance on molecular biology topics.
- Create or curate realistic scenarios, questions, and datasets that reflect key challenges in molecular biology.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine project deliverables and ensure scientific excellence.
- Contribute insights on emerging molecular biology trends and applications as needed.
- Required skill: molecular biology.
- Advanced degree preferred, such as MS, PhD, or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field.
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular biology results.
- Strong familiarity with contemporary laboratory techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
- Proven experience in scientific writing, publishing, or peer review in molecular biology or related disciplines.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or contributing to multi-expert projects is an asset.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and interest in shaping their application within the molecular biology domain is desirable.
